Yes. We guarantee your satisfaction with all merchandise purchased at the official Porsche Design Online Shop. Items may be returned for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling fees to our Porsche Design Logistics Services. Porsche Design items purchased from any other retailer must be returned to that retailer.
Porsche Design will accept merchandise in its original condition when accompanied by the original receipt. We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used or altered. The purchased item may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please follow the directions below when returning merchandise purchased from the Porsche Design Online Shop:

Gift returns or exchanges can be processed without a receipt if we can locate the purchasing information in our database. We will locate the original order and will need to know the name of the person who bought the gift for you. If the return is for a refund, the original purchasing credit card will be credited. Refunds will appear as a credit to the original purchasing credit card for the purchase amount shown on your receipt, less shipping and handling charges. We will process the return and credit your account within 48 hours of receipt of your returned item. Prices are subject to short-term changes, errors excepted. All prices are in US-Dollars (VAT excluded), delivery costs from the warehouse are extra. The prices at the time the order is placed are valid.
We have a flat-rate delivery fee of $ 15.00 (standard shipping) and $ 30.00 (express shipping) per order, regardless of the size or weight of the package.
We process your orders on the same day, delivery usually takes about 2-5 business days. In rare cases – during the Christmas season, for example – your order can take up to 7 business days to arrive. These delays are due to the high volume of packages handled by the carrier.
