Highlights MILESTONES IN HISTORY. NOT ONLY IN OURS. BUT ALSO IN YOURS.
Its case is made of lightweight titanium with black titanium carbide coating. The '70' on the bezel blazes in Guards Red to mark the anniversary. A sapphire crystal case back allows for a clear view on the chronograph movement with its winding rotor in the shape of the iconic Fuchsfelge.
The black carbon-fiber dial provides maximum contrast as well as optimum readability, and evokes the legendary Chronograph I – the first Porsche Design timepiece – whose revolutionary matte black design mirrored the cockpits of Porsche sports cars. A functional display at 9 o’clock, featuring its name ‘Chronograph 70Y Sportwagen PCA’, reveals the working of the movement.
STRAP MADE OF ORIGINAL PORSCHE LEATHER AND YARN
The black calf leather strap is enhanced with black Alcantara® and comes with contrasting stitching in Guards Red and Club Blau, all made from original Porsche interior leather and yarn.
The engraved limitation number on the case back confirms the exclusive character of this highly sought-after timepiece, limited to only 70 pieces worldwide in honor of 70 years of Porsche sports cars.

SOME DREAMS CONTINUE. EVEN IF THEY COME TRUE.
Porsche Design has incorporated some of the most iconic design elements and materials into this masterpiece that are synonymous with the history of Porsche and PCA. Strictly limited to only 70 timepieces worldwide, it pays tribute not only to the passion, commitment and camaraderie of PCA members, but also to the legendary Chronograph l. Sporty, dynamic with an uncompromising spirit. A timepiece that reflects the true Porsche essence.
This first ever Porsche Design proprietary movement with with Flyback function, load path-optimized movement bridge and COSC certification is the result of three years of development and state-of-the art manufacturing technologies. While a conventional chronograph records successive events through three consecutive actions on the pusher, the Werk 01.200 automates these three processes in rapid succession. In stopwatch mode, the timing of consecutive events is even more efficient.
UNIQUE FUCHSFELGE WINDING ROTOR
A revolution: developed exclusively for PCA members, the one-of-a kind winding rotor echoes the Fuchsfelge forged alloy wheel belonging to the legendary Porsche 911 just like the sound of a flat-six engine. Introduced over 50 years ago for the Porsche 911, the Fuchsfelge is the most distinguished wheel for classic Porsche cars. Like a wheel transfers force from the engine to the road, a timepiece’s rotor plays a central role in generating power.

PORSCHE CLUB OF AMERICA
For those with a desire to break through, to be free and to embrace the best things in life, there is Porsche. Porsche Club of America [PCA] members share these traits, as well as a common understanding of what exceptional design, heart-stopping motorsports and true sodality means. Founded in Washington DC in 1955, the PCA is both the oldest and largest community of Porsche enthusiasts with its 130,000 members in 145 different regions across North America.
THERE ARE WATCHES.
AND THERE ARE PORSCHE DESIGN TIMEPIECES.
Porsche Design follows a clear design philosophy: optimize function. Stick to the essentials. Challenge the familiar to continuously discover new and exceptional solutions. This is how unique design objects that move beyond the predictable, boast maximum performance and last a lifetime are created. It is this vision that Porsche Design founder Professor Ferdinand Alexander Porsche embraced when he created the legendary Porsche 911 in 1963. And it is the maxim that Porsche Design has lived since 1972.
